BGR

A fren jz told me he's thinkin' of his ex but it's out of concern and nothin' more. Hmmm..

At our tis age, we are receivin' more and more red 'bombs'. But are we geting married just for the sake of it, following the trend so as not to get questioned by parents and relatives (esp durin' tis festive season)? We shouldnt, isn't it. It's once in a lifetime.

And guess probably there're some out there havin' been "too long" wif his/her partner, time to get married but haven't. Talkin' abt nothing much to talk to each other, no sparks in the relationship, nothing to do except going to each other's place....

Come to think of it, if that 4-5 yrs (shorter or longer than tis) is considered long, then watz a lifetime? We are talkin' abt decades, tis other person will be seein' us through tis journey till we return to ash. Such people may be lookin' out for the so-called "right" one. Have you ask yourself, watz in ur partner u are findin' fault wif? Could the problem lies wif you instead? The next one may fulfil your tis desire. However, he/she may not have some virtues your current has. Rem, there must be something that binds you 2 together for so "long" and often, it's the 90%. Seeking the 10% tends to lead one to regret subsequently. Of course in tis case, we are not referring to fundamental difference such as in values system. If the fundamentals is missing, your relationship won't be lasting tat long too.

What's the most romantic thing you would like your spouse to do when both of you are in your advance age? I actually have no idea but I feel it's very sweet when I see old couples still holdin' hands together walkin' side by side. This always helps me to imagine the scene when tis couple was young and in front of the Justice of Peace, they vow to stick wif each other in times of thick and thin and to be wif each other from young till old.

How many could remember what they had sweared upon? And how many managed to do carry it out? Over so many decades over countless quarrels and disputes, most couples would probably have taken each other for granted. They wont bother to rekindle the initial sparks, not to say hold hands while in their old age. By then we would see most couples havin' one "running" after another instead of walking side by side. I guess being able to go through thick and thin and still holdin' hands together walkig side by side at the end of our roads, tis will be my ideal marriage life.

Just sharing some late night tots...
